About Us

It all started in the year 2006 with the brand name NEWS. As the name implies we started our business humbly in Northern India but slowly it started growing into all directions from North to South and from West to East, so the name NEWS (North, East, West and South) perfectly suits us. Now we are sprawled all over India and venturing into numerous businesses like Commercial and Residential buildings, Hotels, Villas, Resorts, Township, Group housing, IT parks, SEZs, Retail, Integrated townships, Hospitality etc. We have a huge land bank of about 115 acres and are coming up with many new projects in Goa. We are developing various townships, which are completely self-sustained. With a strong foundation, we are now keen to go all over India by entering into every parts of the country and creating further residential landmarks, set up commercial or corporate hubs in major cities where there is a genuine demand coupled with good future prospects. Thus we are aiming at becoming an international standard player offering holistic Real Estate solutions.

Highly experienced with dynamic leadership qualities. With a vision to providing eminence, professionalism & value to customers at par with international standards, he has always kept himself abreast with the latest developments in technology and customer service. His flexible but organized work and management style ensures personal and corporate deadlines are met as per schedule.

Mr. Surinder Pal Singh
A Graduate with having twenty years of experience in construction business in Delhi, NCR and Goa. Well versed with all aspects of construction business. Highly goal oriented and a visionary. His high experience results in all-round planning and flawless execution. He symbolizes the very sense of entrepreneurship.

Mr. Lovkesh Bajaj
Extremely gifted, a graduate, having over twenty years of experience in Residential and Commercial business.
